Weekend ride to Shamirpet Lake, Hyderabad, Telangana

Hello guys, Hope you are doing well..

We went for a ride to Shamirpet Lake and Kondapochamma Sagar Reservoir. Unfortunately, Police stopped us when we almost reached to Kondapochamma Sagar Reservoir. It was closed, as some construction works were going on. 

 

Shamirpet Lake is at a distance of 37 km from Uppal, our ride starting point. And Kondapochamma Sagar Reservoir is at a distance of 27 kms from Shamirpet Lake. Shamirpet Lake is an artificial lake built during the reign of Nizams. It is a good spot for picnic. Watch the video for more details..
